Herbal Hair Care - Virtual Class

When switching to natural products, hair care is usually the hardest for folks to find something that works and is actually natural.
In this class, you will learn how to make and use simple, effective, and nourishing herbal hair care. We will discuss the pitfalls of conventional hair care, simple hair remedies, different hair types and needs, and more!

Spring Foraging + Medicine Making
30 april 2023 | 11 am - 2 pm estWe will learn about 5-7 invasive and native plants that surround you, how to identify them, the medicine they offer, how to extract and work with their medicine, as well as how to best care for our environment and maintain a mindful foraging practice.
We will mindfully collect herbs from our walk to bring back for a make-and-take medicine making session, in which we will learn how to craft a few remedies with the needs of the season in mind.
These invaluable sessions can be the musings that spark your fire for herbalism and sharing this work with your family and community. We hope you can join us!
All materials will be provided, along with a nice cup of tea.
Please note: We will be hiking through hilly terrain with potential mud, brush and water. Please dress and choose shoes appropriately
